Last December, my wife, Sarah, and I moved to Windsor, a quiet little town right in the heart of the Berkshires. This mountainous region is a hotspot for hikers and cyclists from all over the US and still has many areas that are often free of any noise pollution.
Since the conditions for recording the outdoors are amazing, I have been doing so for several hours each week since we moved out here. As a way to give back to the welcoming and tight-knit community of this adorable town, I will be sharing some of my favorite recordings for everyone to relax and unwind to.
I am doing so in partnership with the monthly Windsor Now and Then newsletter distributed by the group Friends of Windsor and will be uploading at least one new recording every month.
