Hey, I'm Chris Bolte (AKA. BØLT), and I'm a Massachusetts-based technical sound designer, mix engineer, and field recordist born in Germany. I design and implement sound for video games and create sound effect and sample libraries for fellow creatives.
I currently work as a contract Audio Implementer at Sucker Punch Productions where we're creating the game Ghost of Yōtei coming October 2nd, 2025.
The game audio community means the world to me. That's why I help organize Game Audio Boston, a networking group for aspiring and working game audio pros in the Boston area and New England.
